The Rising Few selected for ”The Discovery Series” part of CMW

Looks like The Few are on the radar, after being selected for The Jim Beam’s Talent search as one of the top emerging bands of Montreal, they have been selected yet again to be part of ”the Discovery Series”, a live event in Toronto, held at The Painted Lady, created to boost and highlight the official showcase of The Few at CMW on April 20th.

The Rising Few to compete for opening slot at CMW2017

CHOM 97.7  presents the Jim Beam Make History Talent Search.   One nite only… Thursday March 2nd at petit campus.  Five of montreal’s most promising new & emerging artists fight for a spot in the national competition.   Chair Warriors, Das Blankout, High & Mighty, Mountain Dust and   Rising Few .  One of these bands will ‘make history’ at the Jim Beam Indies during Canadian Music Week.  Be there Thursday March 2nd at petit campus.  No cover, doors open at 7:00.  Go to for details.  From the Spirit of Rock CHOM 97 7.

The Rising Few collaborate with Egyptian Painter Nazir El Tanbouli

Alexandrian Egyptian artist Nazir El Tanbouli, living In London, just gave us his blessing to go ahead and use his piece “Fairies of a Golden Forest” as a digital poster for our up and coming February shows!
